The Guilford Community Park (GCP) stone fire pit surrounded by benches invites informal gatherings and singing parties. The GCP fire pit has already had its first pub (read “public”) sing: twenty singers sitting around a roaring fire taking turns leading songs with choruses. There is a lively 15-year old tradition of pub sings in the area, and the GCP fire pit will get plenty of use hosting more pub sings.
